UTCI uses air temperature, relative humidity and EPW wind speed at 10 m. The sun-exposed option adds a Ladybug-style SolarCal estimate for a standing person (SHARP 135°, absorptivity 0.70, ground reflectance 0.25). It does not model shade from buildings, trees or local surfaces.
